The Auckland blokart Club is currently based at Ardmore Aerodrome in Takanini, Auckland. When the winds and tides are suitable we love to hit the local beaches around Auckland, or to travel up to 90 Mile Beach for a long weekend. For other venues around New Zealand, check out the New Zealand blokart Assocation website.
To find us check out our events page. Of course we are weather dependant, so check out the latest Met service forcast and the latest updates on our Twitter feed.

Bruce Pulman Park (BPP) offers a large carpark with grass edges and only 4 lamp posts to aviod. From this carpark a number of courses can be sailed around the access roads depending on the wind.
Good firm sand, perfect for a SW wind. The club has had more luck there over the last couple of years than Karioithai. Please check out the bylaws & rules before sailing here.
Worth the extra 30 minutes drive past Owera for a smoother wider beach perfect for a NE wind.
A black sand beach, with a decent run down to the Waikato River in a SE wind.
A good 4 hour drive north of Auckland rewards with a golden sandy beach, while not 90 miles long is more than long enough for plenty of fun land sailing. The club organises two long weekend trips away up here a year, for a great social weekend. We haven't missed any sailing up here due to lack of wind, and if its NE we just head on over to Tokarau Beach.
